BtoAPlus LLC : Student Terms of Service(TOS)
1.    For those students who choose to buy BtoA+ private tutoring packages, they  may not be resold – if you own or are affiliated with a tutoring center, third party tutoring company, or other educational company, you may not purchase a tutoring package from BtoA+ without disclosing that fact. Doing so will result in forfeiture of a purchased package. All package sales are final and non-transferable and valid for one year only*. 
2.    We understand that emergencies happen and changes to schedules may be required.
Due to the limited availability of our experienced school teachers, we only allow 1 cancellation per 12 sessions. Therefore 4 cancellations for a 48 sessions package.
3.    Please do not be late for your one-on-one tutoring session. Since this is not a group session and for the scheduled time the teacher only teaches you one-on-one individual personalized tutoring, if the student is more than 15 minutes late for a booked session, the tutor may choose to leave and that session will lose that session.
4.    BtoA+ requires you have a laptop/desktop, headset/microphone and a stable INTERNET connection that is reasonably fast.
5.    You must not attempt to book a BtoA+ tutor outside of the BtoA+. Under the California law we do prosecute all infringements of violations of our Terms of Service (TOS). All sessions are recorded and monitored for safety.
6.    We provide you with BtoA+.com ‘s a complete tutoring tool is fully featured and allows students and tutors to exchange files (any time in advance, or during a session), real-time video/audio communication, take notes, plot equations, upload documents and mark them up in real time. The teacher may also give you their BtoA+ assigned email. All contact with the Tutor must happen within the safety of the monitored BtoA+ platform. No personal friendships/romance or relationships between students and teachers outside is permitted. We do this not only to protect our BtoA+ platform but also to protect our young students, since almost all of our students are under 18.
7.    If you wish to refer another student , those referrals must go through BtoA+ in order to receive tutoring. Do not provide or exchange the information of a third party with the tutor. Ask our customer service how you can be rewarded BtoA+ Dollars if you refer friends and other students.
8.    All intellectual and marketing rights to the tutoring content, audio/video visuals and learning materials belong to BtoA+ and we may use it at our discretion.
